March 20, 2021 4:23 PMI worked with Barb at Pace School and we became friends very easily. She and I shared the same irreverent sense of humor and delighted in anything ridiculous. An example of this was when students were interviewing staff for a newsletter asking for “favorites” in order to spotlight a staff member. When asked what her favorite song was Barb replied deadpan, “Psycho Killer” by the Talking Heads. Pretty sure they didn’t print that😉
I did a lot of carousing with Barb, helped with her random house renovations, solved many of the world’s problems over a beer or two, and laughed.. So much laughing. I can hear her laugh so clearly in my head and it makes me smile. She was a creative, talented and strong woman. I am glad I knew her.
My deepest sympathies to her family..
