Constance E. Black
On Thursday January 6, 2022. Connie was a wonderful mother, trusted friend and just a great human being. She enjoyed the company of others, always willing to share a smile and chat. She had lots of passions in her life and always put herself into anything she did. She absolutely loved tennis with friends, hiking with The Climbers, or just lunch with her besties. And she loved spending time with or watching animals, whether her squirrels and birds, pets or pets of others she would look after, she didn't meet an animal she didn't like. Prior to her health declining several years ago she said her favorite time was spent with the kids at Frogs at The First Presbyterian Church of Edgewood. Their curiosity was a great match for her knowledge and caring. She was proud of her faith that fed her devotion to help others and was delighted to make a difference. Connie leaves behind sad friends and family but we know the good she did and the example of a life fulfilled she gave us. She is now at peace. If you wish to make a donation in her memory please consider the First Presbyterian Church of Edgewood. Funeral and Interment will be private. Arrangements by John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc.
