On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, Elizabeth passed away surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Anthony N. Armocida; beloved mother of Gina Medwid (Robert), Lisa Moschella (Mario) and the late Anthony G. Armocida; Cherished grandmother of Sunny Medwid (Gino), Raymond Medwid, Gia Medwid (Kevin) and Tessa Medwid (Matt). Loving sister of Bernard Hairston, Barbara Heim (Edward) and the late Rita Hairston, George Hairston, Marie Allman and Regis Hairston. She’s also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc.(freyvogelfuneralhome.com) 4900 Centre Avenue at Devonshire Street on Monday April 1, 2024 from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, April 2, 2024, Mass of Christian Burial, St. James Church of St. Mary Magdalene Parish at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
