Gloria V. (Duco) Pozycki

Passed away peacefully on Friday July 16, 2021. Beloved wife of 63 years of the late Joseph P. Pozycki; daughter of the late Louis and Carmella Duco; loving mother of Joseph (Amy), Judy, John (Debbie), Jerome (Anna-Katherine), James  (Anna Marie), Julie Bon (Joe) and the late JoAnn Bellisario; sister of Carol Bucci, and the late Helen Duco, Amelia Graham, Mary Pallone, Rose Coyne, Concetta Richardson, Annette Pontier and Louis Duco; also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. A lifelong resident of Oakland, Gloria was a retired cafeteria worker for the Pittsburgh Public Schools and a waitress for Lasek’s Restaurant and Lasek’s Other Place. Gloria loved her trips to the casino, playing bingo, and dining out with her children. Friends will be received at John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc. 4900 Centre Avenue at Devonshire Street on Monday July 19, 2021 from 2-8PM. Funeral Tuesday, July 20, 2021, Mass of Christian Burial St. Paul Cathedral 10:00AM.
