Jeffry Noel Parker, age 71, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away on Monday February 3, 2025. He was born on December 24, 1953 in Phoenixville, PA to Dr. Albert and Jean Parker. Jeff grew up in Phoenixville and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, later pursuing a career in Business and Human Services.
Jeff was known for Advocacy, Humor, and Kindness. He won many awards including The Jefferson Award and the Oakland For All Community Advocate Award. He found joy in his dogs, Star Trek, Marvel movies, Doctor Who, and was deeply devoted to his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Katie Parker and his sisters, Dr. Jill Parker, Janet Parker and many other loving family members and friends and was predeceased by both of his parents, his half-brother Robert Parker (survived by his wife, Rosemarie), and his half-sister Jayne Sewell (survived by her husband Charles).
Jeff will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
A celebration of life for Jeffry will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday March 13 at the Pittsburgh Golf Club, 5280 Northumberland Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.
