On Monday November 27, 2023, Jim Wippenbeck, age 82, fell asleep in the Lord surrounded by his beloved wife and family.  He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Cherie; Daughter Bennie Levy (Mike); Grandchildren Madison Frye (Spencer) and Michael J. Levy (Selena).  Brother of Bob Wippenbeck and the late Jane Riehl.  Friends will be received on Friday December 8, 2023, at First Trinity Lutheran Church, 535 N. Neville Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213 from 9:30a.m. until an 11a.m. Christian Service. A light meal will be served at the church immediately following the Committal Service at Allegheny Cemetery.
