Khalil M. Khalil, 82, a resident of the City of Pittsburgh, departed this life on Tuesday October 11, 2022. Born on January 15, 1940 in Miklos, Syria, he immigrated to the United States in 1970. With his ever-faithful wife hand in hand, he became a shining example of the “American dream”. Through strong work and dedication, his desire to provide for his family with a better life, gave way to a legacy that was overshadowed only by his boundless generosity, love and respect for the many people whose lives he touched along the way. His hard work and dedication was fueled for eight decades by his love for family. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sadie Khalil, his five devoted children Raida Khalil, Aida Khalil, Raja Khalil Weaver, (John Weaver), Karlyn Khalil Youssef, (Mohamed Youssef), and Fadi Khalil. He is also survived by his 8 adoring grandchildren, Demetri Samaha, Gabriel Khalil, Miya Khalil, Joseph Khalil, Suraya Khalil Fleming, Zachariah Youssef, Jaden Khalil and Adam Youssef. Khalil’s loss will be felt by family, friends and all who were touched by his strong presence and heart felt generosity. His stories and memory will be eternal. Friends will be received ay John A.
