On Wednesday July 23, 2025. Marilyn J. Fugh. Beloved wife of the late John A. Fugh Sr. Mother of David A. Fugh (Valerie), Mark T. Fugh (Erin), Jeffrey S. Fugh (Debra) and Reverend John A. Fugh, Jr. (Lisa). Grandmother of Bryanne Troster (Aaron) and Logan Fugh, Abigail Kail (Zan) and Maggie Fugh, Andrew and Matthew Fugh, John A. Fugh, III, Anna Claire Stephens (Sam) and Katie Grace Fugh. Great-Grandma of Levi and George. Sister of Edna Mae Gerner, and the late Fred, Henry, Walter and Dr. Alvin “Buzz” Gerner. Also survived by her sister-in-law, Barbara Fugh Wyllie (the late John). Marilyn was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing where she met her “Honeyboy” John. After they married, she retired to raise and discipline her four boys as a stay-at-home Mom. Friends will be received at John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc. (freyvogelfuneralhome.com) 4900 Centre Avenue at Devonshire Street on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until a 1 p.m. Funeral Service officiated by The Reverend John A. Fugh, Jr. Marilyn will be laid to rest next to her “Honeyboy” in Prairie Cemetery, Harrisville, PA which will be private for her family.
