Marion McDonough Feeney Obituary

On Saturday November 15, 2025, Marion McDonough Feeney, 84 (forever 39), passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Beloved wife of the late Michael W. Feeney, Sr., favorite mother to her favorite children, Michael Feeney Jr, Maureen Feeney, Terence Feeney (Jennifer), Brian Feeney. And cherished grandmother to her ultimate favorites; Lilly, Liam, Lara, and Timothy. She was also a devoted aunt to beloved nieces and nephews in her family and that of her husband’s.

Marion raised us with a deep emphasis on faith, family, and community, sprinkled with lots of laughter.  Her response to the chaos of life was to allow God, The Blessed Mother, and our Catholic Faith to handle what one couldn’t, and to always leave room for humor.

She enjoyed professional success as a real estate agent in the Fox Chapel area. Debuting her 40+ career through friend Paul Hudak, at Paul Hudak Real Estate and finishing her career with more friends, the Hanna Family at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.

She was well-loved and enjoyed life immensely through family, friends, career, tennis, paddle tennis, gardening, traveling, music, and history.

Marion was the youngest of 10 children, daughter of the late William and Nellie (Sweeney) McDonough. She was preceded in death by siblings, John, Helen, Mary Veronica, Regina (Gerard), Rita (Joseph), and Paul (Barbara). She is survived by siblings William (Donna), Katherine (Joseph), and Thomas (Margaret)
