Patrick Meredith Reid

Patrick Meredith Reid born in Pittsburgh, Pa. on March 17, 1942, died peacefully on Sunday October 10, 2021. He is survived by his sister Camilla Reid Kuhn Quinn of Mountainside NJ. He was predeceased by his siblings Ambrose B. Reid II, Katherine M. Reid and Patricia A. Reid. He was the son of predeceased parents, Katherine Reilly & B. Meredith Reid of Pittsburgh, Pa. Patrick is survived by the following nephews and nieces: Mark Kuhn, M.D., Pa., Lucy H. Kuhn, NYC, Emma Kuhn Halik, NJ, Thomas B. Reid, Fl., A. Kirk Reid, Va., and 10 grand nieces and nephews, and his guardian Lynn Giannirakis. Patrick graduated from St. Francis College in Latrobe, Pa. He was a former member of the U.S. Army. He made his home in the comfort of The Grand Residence at Upper St. Clair, Pittsburgh, Pa. A lifelong Steelers fan, and a true cowboy at heart, Patrick will be remembered for his love of the Wild West and animals, especially Horses. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday November 20, 2021 in St. Paul Cathedral at 10a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc.
