Susan B. Flynn

With quiet dignity, Susan Flynn left this world on Monday, August 18, 2025, at the age of 76. The spirited daughter of the late James and Helen Bodamer, she lived a life marked by resilience and perseverance, meeting challenges with courage. Despite the many hardships she faced, she carried a deep strength and a spirit that left a lasting impression on those who knew her. She will lovingly be remembered by her sons, Michael (Melissa) and Timothy (Beth) and her six grandchildren: Johanna, Maeve, Maddie, Cole, Mitchell and Blaire. Beyond the hardships, she carried an appreciation for the beauty in the world. She loved flowers and the simple wonders of nature, the timeless voice of Johnny Mathis, and above all, sharing laughter with her close friends and family. Christmas was her favorite time of year, when she delighted in creating a sense of magic and warmth for her loved ones through traditions, decorations, and joyful gatherings. Her journey was not an easy one, but she is finally at peace, and she will be remembered with love. Services and interment will be private.
