On Saturday July 12, 2025, beloved wife of the late Peter P. Poland; mother of Peter J. Poland (late Karen Simon-Poland), Dennis M. Poland, and James S. Poland (Rebecca Schneid); grandmother of Peter S. Poland (Andrea), Eugenia B. Knudsen (Anders), Jennifer Wahlig (John), Carolyn O'Leary (Matthew), Dennis Poland (Lauren), James S. Poland, II, Alyson Skaggs (Thomas), Elizabeth Poland (Cullen Maag), and Kathleen Campbell (Jeremy); also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and pre-deceased by her parents, Veronica and James Pappas, and her sisters, Alice and Dolores Pappas.
