Vincent Pusateri Obituary

Born on September 13, 1946 and died on Friday November 19, 2021, Vincent is survived by his beloved wife Catherine of 48 years, and their service dog JoJo. He is also survived by his sisters Mary Teresa Pusateri, Monique Ross, many extended family and friends, and a special relationship with The Michael Kunsman Family (Vincent’s cousins). Vince had a passion for life and all things nature. His special love for trees inspired him to become an accomplished wood worker, and every day required being in the forest whether at his cottage in Canada or in Frick Park. Vince will be cremated and his ashes will be spread in the forest with a Memorial Tree Planting celebration in Frick Park in the spring. Donations accepted with gratitude to The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy Gentle Giants Fund. (Gentle Giants are our park's large, mature trees, which are in need of protection and proper care.)
